Job Overview:
MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on one of our top global accounts as the Managed Account Marketing Coordinator (MAMC). This role supports the Go-to-Market (GTM) team with a specific focus on Managed Account Activities.
What is this role, and how does it positively impact the business?
This role is integral to the execution of high-impact customer engagement activities across Asia. You will be responsible for operational logistics, stakeholder coordination and timely execution of key deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities & Duties:
You will have overall accountability for campaign deliverables and is the single point of contact for our clients Partner Marketing Service. As MAMC, you oversee the service engagement and delivery across the market and the region for a list of select partner companies.
Team player: Working closely with client teams to resolve any issues or process concerns to ensure smooth / seamless service delivery.
Global Community Engagement: Shares best practices with Team Leads across the region and participates in community calls.
Best Practice Sharing: Curates and showcases Area finding and practices and shares these with the global community.
