Role: Managed Account Marketing Coordinator (Project Coordinator)

Type: Freelance

Job Overview:

MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on one of our top global accounts as the Managed Account Marketing Coordinator (MAMC). This role supports the Go-to-Market (GTM) team with a specific focus on Managed Account Activities.

What is this role, and how does it positively impact the business?

This role is integral to the execution of high-impact customer engagement activities across Asia. You will be responsible for operational logistics, stakeholder coordination and timely execution of key deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

You will have overall accountability for campaign deliverables and is the single point of contact for our clients Partner Marketing Service. As MAMC, you oversee the service engagement and delivery across the market and the region for a list of select partner companies.

  • Pre-Event Logistics & Coordination: Develop customer invitations/registration form, coordinate venue and catering arrangements, oversee merchandise procurement and delivery.
  • PO & Supplier Management: Facilitate procurement workflows including PO creation/amendments, and supplier onboarding or reactivation in compliance with internal policies.
  • Digital Asset & Lead Uploads: Upload marketing assets and customer stories to internal platforms and manage lead uploads into marketing automation systems.
  • GTM Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates to GTM teams on project status, key milestones, and outstanding actions to ensure alignment and transparency.

Team player: Working closely with client teams to resolve any issues or process concerns to ensure smooth / seamless service delivery.

Global Community Engagement: Shares best practices with Team Leads across the region and participates in community calls.

Best Practice Sharing: Curates and showcases Area finding and practices and shares these with the global community.

Qualifications

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools
  • Basic business, systems, and process analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools and execution, both online and offline.
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
  • Relationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skills

Required Experience:

  • University degree
  • Has 3-5 years or more of solid marketing communications (agency or client side), business operations or business consulting experience
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Events management experience
