About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to build and scale a world-class marketing and demand generation engine. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across all digital channels. You’ll be a key leader responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration for a fast-growing SaaS platform.
This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory and marketing function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and optimize the digital marketing strategy across all channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including ABM, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and content syndication.
- Guide content strategy for gated content, campaigns, and thought leadership that convert interest into pipeline.
- Forecast, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI using marketing analytics and attribution models.
- Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of internal and external marketers, agencies, and contractors.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure seamless lead management.
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align campaign strategy, lead scoring, and nurture flows.
- Own the marketing tech stack and digital experimentation roadmap.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and digital best practices to continuously evolve our digital presence.
Who You Are
- A data-driven B2B marketing leader with a passion for building a world-class marketing team from the ground up.
- 5+ years of experience in digital or demand generation marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-building capacity.
- Proven track record of creating and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Deep experience with B2B SaaS marketing across channels like paid search, SEO, email, social, display, content syndication, and ABM.
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), and digital advertising platforms.
- Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute.
- Collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally and build consensus with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Experience in the HR tech or benefits space is a plus.
