Job Description

Role: Salesforce Developer(Omni, Apex, Flow)

Location: Offshore/India

Job Summary –

We are looking for Omni, Apex, and Flow Developer in a Salesforce context generally focuses on developing and managing automated workflows and customer interactions using Salesforce's automation tools.

It involves designing, building, and maintaining solutions that leverage Salesforce Flow for visual process automation, Apex for custom logic and integrations, and Omni-Channel for managing and routing customer interactions across different channels.

Technical Skills

• Omni-Channel:
• Job Responsibilities: Managing and optimizing customer interactions across multiple channels (e.g., chat, email, phone, social media) to create a seamless experience. This includes setting up routing rules, configuring presence statuses for agents, and ensuring efficient work item distribution.
• Skills: Understanding of Omni-Channel routing strategies, queue management, presence configuration, and routing rules. Experience with Service Cloud Voice and Salesforce's digital engagement features is often sought.
• Apex:
• Job Responsibilities: Writing custom code to extend Salesforce functionality beyond what's possible with declarative tools. This includes developing triggers, classes, and batch processes to handle complex business logic, data manipulation, and integrations with external systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in Apex programming language, SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), and understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
• Flow:
• Job Responsibilities: Building and maintaining automated workflows using Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, and auto launched flows. This involves designing the flow logic, using various flow elements (e.g., decisions, assignments, actions), and testing the flows.
• Skills: Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, understanding of different flow types, and the ability to translate business requirements into automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex to automate business processes and enhance customer interactions.
• Configuring and managing Omni-Channel to route work items to agents efficiently and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce Flows, Apex code, and Omni-Channel configurations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Documenting solutions and providing support to users.
