Backend Engineer (Golang) – Remote (India)

MPA has partnered with a leading North American Digital Health company to hire Backend Engineers (Golang) on a remote basis in India.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and integrate scalable backend services
• Design and implement new products and platform improvements
• Simplify solutions to make delivery faster and smoother
• Lead technical design discussions and help prioritize implementations
• Uphold code quality with reviews, testing, and performance monitoring
• Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team's skills
• Align technical strategy with business goals
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, design, and product
• Live by the team’s values: ownership, innovation, collaboration, and empathy

What You Bring:

• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant web services
• Strong backend development skills in Go (Golang)
• Understanding of APIs, web architecture, and writing clean, testable code
• A problem-solving mindset — you’re ready to jump in when things break
• Passion for delivering value to customers and improving processes
