Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced creative environments. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across music, fashion, and culture. This is a client-facing position requiring strategic oversight, timeline wrangling, and a deep appreciation for creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, digital, and production
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Translate client briefs into actionable project scopes and deliverables
- Own project documentation: scopes of work, status reports, risk mitigation plans
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to ensure alignment on priorities
- Oversee vendor/partner coordination, including music artists, influencers, and production teams
- Advocate for creative excellence while ensuring operational efficiency
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and bring fresh insights to the table
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency
- Deep knowledge of and passion for music, entertainment, and cultural trends
- Proven success managing brand campaigns, experiential projects, and social activations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
- Ability to balance creative vision with timelines and budgets
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with music labels, festivals, or cultural institutions
- Familiarity with influencer or talent management
- Experience producing multimedia content (video, podcast, digital assets)
