About the role:
LiftPilot is looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Director of Marketing to take our outbound and inbound growth engine to the next level. This isn’t your typical top-of-funnel role — we’re looking for someone who can strategize, execute, measure, and scale full-funnel campaigns that turn cold prospects into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
You’ll own demand gen across channels, with a particular focus on and experience with content marketing and cold outreach. If you’ve run cold campaigns, built playbooks, managed budgets, grown MQLs, and still love to roll up your sleeves… we want you.
🎯 Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the demand generation roadmap, from lead acquisition to conversion to expansion
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, webinars, ABM, and outbound
- Become an industry expert in our industry, centered around 1:1 hyper personalized outreach for GTM motions
- Lead and coach freelance resources or internal team members across content, operations, and other marketing initiatives
Campaign Execution
- Write, test, and launch high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, outbound sequences, and email nurtures
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including executive ghostwriting and sponsored content
- Collaborate with design and product marketing to create landing pages, ads, and sales enablement assets
- Work with team to define and refine ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and personas
Analytics & Optimization
- Build and own full-funnel reporting dashboards: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and CAC payback
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and ROI
Content Collaboration (Yes, Content Still Matters)
- Oversee content strategy as a lever for demand — blog, SEO, case studies, product marketing, and more
- Support video production for product demos, tutorials, and brand campaigns
- Produce thought leadership through exec ghostwriting and strategic editorial direction
🧠 What You Bring:
- 6–10+ years in marketing, with deep experience in demand generation at SaaS startups
- Proven ability to build and scale demand engines from zero to one (and beyond)
- Strong understanding of content, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and ABM
- Exceptional writing skills with experience crafting campaigns, landing pages, and outbound messaging
- Experience owning and growing LinkedIn both organically and via paid
- Strong knowledge of tools like HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Segment, Clearbit, Clay, Mutiny, or similar
- Data-obsessed: comfortable running your own reports, building dashboards, and drawing insights
- Bonus: Experience with PLG, cold outreach, or product-led onboarding
- Must be fluent in English and highly comfortable communicating cross-functionally
Benefits (dependent on your country):
- Work from anywhere culture
- Flexible time off policy
- Ample paid leave
- In-person team-building vacations
- Supplemental healthcare insurance coverage
- Subsidized Sports and fitness membership
