Food Packaging Graphic Designer & Production Manager

We're a small, fast-paced, fully virtual marketing agency with staff in California and Florida, that serves fresh food brands nationwide. Our employees work from home, as long as home is CA or FL.

We need another creatively-obsessed team member to spearhead print and packaging design of projects ranging from salad bags, to berry clamshell labels, onion net bags, juice bottles, peach PLUs, and all the various boxes, cartons and in-store displays these products may be merchandised in, whether at Costco, Sam’s Club, Kroger, Publix, Whole Foods, etc.

As a small team, all of us play multiple roles. We never get bored! If you’re ready to embrace your inner perfectionist and apply your neurotic tendencies for the benefit of our clients, this role may be perfect for you. Sometimes, this designer will do double-duty as production manager, helping the account team keep projects moving with vendors and clients, so collectively we achieve the exceptional quality and on-time delivery we promise.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in food packaging and print design is required, with solid working knowledge of Creative Suite, as well as printing techniques, pre-press, file requirements, inks, substrates, etc. Other projects besides packaging could include tradeshow displays, sales materials, logos, and general marketing design projects.

Experience working remotely is required, and strong interpersonal skills sure would help get the job done.
