The successful candidate will be responsible for leading 3–4 engineering teams responsible for the backend services that power our AI/ML-native marketing platform, including data transfer, storage and querying, and message compilation, rendering, delivery and tracking. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a high-scale, distributed system while working with cutting-edge AI-driven marketing technologies. As a key leader, you'll drive execution, mentor engineering managers, and influence the future of our platform—ensuring both business impact and long-term technical excellence.
The role will be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering.

The base pay range for this position is $250,000-$275,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
