You’re not siloed. You’ll move across architecture, implementation, CI/CD, observability, and production ownership - optimizing the entire flow, not just a layer.

AI is not an afterthought here. It is embedded into how we design, code, review, test, and ship software.

You’re expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot (or equivalents) to:

• Accelerate development cycles

• Improve code quality and coverage

• Automate repetitive engineering work

• Explore better architectural tradeoffs faster

• You optimize for delivery, not activity

We value engineers who close loops, ship frequently, and measure impact. AI is a force multiplier - but delivery ownership is the baseline.
