Meet Your Future Team:

You will work as part of a creative Brand and Marketing team – a collaborative team of marketers, strategists and operators responsible for defining process and strategy and executing on the successful delivery of campaigns and projects. You will work in close partnership with our creative agency and key internal stakeholders to ensure your channels channels align with overall business objectives.

We're looking for a digital-savvy Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to help bring some of North America's most iconic running events to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the digital voice of select endurance events across North America
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content (IG, TikTok, FB, etc.)
• Build and deploy segmented email campaigns via Mailchimp
• Respond to followers, manage communities, and drive engagement
• Capture UGC at events and curate high-performing content
• Collaborate with influencers, run clubs, event brand partners and brand ambassadors
• Lead run club activations on the ground
• Analyze performance and provide insights to inform future content

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (emphasis on social media and email)
• Deep familiarity with the running/endurance industry
• Must reside in California (preference for San Francisco Bay Area)
• Strong content creation and mobile editing skills (Reels, Stories, etc.)
• Proficient in Mailchimp and social scheduling/analytics tools
• Proficient in Monday.com or similar project management tool
• Portfolio or content samples required

Bonus Points:

• Experience with live events or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with UGC trends and influencer marketing
