User Experience Designer

Our client a major international retail group, known for its supermarket chains, e-commerce platforms is looking to hire a UX Designer to join their team. This is a 6-month contract Fully Remote position.

As their UX Designer you will support the Associate Mobility team, focusing on internal mobile and responsive applications used by company associates. You will work collaboratively to conduct user research and create intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance the employee experience within an Agile development environment.

Contract Duration: 6-Months

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprints, planning, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product delivery
• Conduct user research (card sorting, contextual inquiry, usability testing)
• Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Use design systems and contribute to evolving internal UI standards
• Influence with storytelling, data insights, and user-centered design principles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in UX/UI, HCI, Product Design, or similar
• 3+ years experience
• Proficient in Figma, Miro/Mural, Sketch, Adobe Suite
• Familiar with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Knowledge of data tools (PowerBI, Excel)

Preferred:

• Master's Degree
• Experience in Agile product teams
• Retail/grocery industry background
