Technical Program Manager - Platform Engineering

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support our Platform Engineering organization on a contract basis.

Remote Roles – Must be currently living in the USA

Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2

No C2C or H1B or 1099 or TN Visa or F1 (CPT or OPT) at this time.

Must have:

Technical Program Management (5+ years) in SaaS or platform engineering environments.

Experience supporting or managing programs in infrastructure, internal platforms, developer tools, or platform reliability teams.

Handling operational tasks, tech debt, and incident or backlog triage.

Involvement in platform health and maintenance initiatives.

Experience leading or contributing to service deprecation, feature sunsetting, or migration initiatives across large organizations.

Qualifications:

Cloud Platform Experience, AWS or similar (e.g., GCP, Azure) - Cloud infrastructure and platform-as-a-service environments.

Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.

Jira, Confluence tracking and documentation tools.

Program dashboards, OKRs, or executive summaries.

Cross-Functional Program Execution - Coordinating across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams.

Leading status meetings, program updates, and executive reporting.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have)

Identity, Security, or Developer Platform Experience

Worked on IAM, Auth, OAuth, developer SDKs/APIs, or security platforms.

Observability & Incident Management - incident response, runbooks, monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, PagerDuty), or SRE practices.

Metrics & Dashboards - Built or contributed to visibility tools (dashboards, KPIs) that tracked health, delivery, or deprecation milestones.
