Our client, an American fashion and apparel retailer that owns and operates four well-known brands, is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join their team that is revamping their customer and cardholder loyalty program!
This team is revamping and reimaging their loyalty customer experience platform and as a Technical Product Manager on this team you would be responsible for collaborating with engineering, UX, program management, data, brand teams, and other product managers to deliver seamless, scalable, and emotionally resonant experiences that deepen customer loyalty and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting customer loyalty programs in the past!
Contract Duration: 8-Months, will most likely extend and could convert
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, or customer experience platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-informed mindset.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a bias for action.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
- Bonus: Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or partner integrations
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
- Partner with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, brand-aligned experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Support delivery milestones for both the Soft Launch (Fall 2025) and Full Launch (early 2026).
