Senior User Experience Designer

We’re seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Senior UX/UI Designer to join our product team. You’ll work cross-functionally with designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to create scalable and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a global design system and maintain a consistent visual and interactive brand identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Support Design, Research, and Implementation (60%)

• Contribute to both generative and evaluative design research.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Lead synthesis sessions and collaborate within Agile and Lean environments.
• Partner with accessibility and brand standards teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate with developers using tools like Figma and Zeplin.

Product Design Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration (30%)

• Support and evolve UX/UI design strategy across products.
• Contribute to the design system to enable consistent experiences.
• Present design updates and progress to stakeholders and users.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Champion a culture of user empathy and consistency in design practices.

Project & Timeline Management (10%)

• Independently manage workload and align with project timelines.
• Coordinate with product leads and team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to align visuals with broader goals and branding.

About You

• 5+ years of UX/UI product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience working on end-to-end product design for enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design research, UX strategy, and high-fidelity visual design across platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Experienced in user-centered research (usability testing, field interviews, contextual inquiry).
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable leading design work in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and data modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
