The Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to bring world-class omni-channel marketing campaigns to life. You’ll join a fast-paced, highly technical, and innovative team that pushes the boundaries of cross-channel marketing execution.
Our ideal candidate has deep expertise in Marketo campaign execution, thrives on precision and problem-solving, and can translate complex business needs into scalable automation solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns in Marketo (50% campaign build/execution, 50% user support).
- Partner with the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely campaign execution.
- Champion campaign best practices and data governance guidelines.
- Provide post-launch support including monitoring, documentation, and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and add-on apps to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Educate team members on marketing automation best practices and advanced execution techniques.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex lifecycle campaigns in Marketo (admin/SME level).
- Proven experience in campaign orchestration, optimization, personalization, targeting, and process standardization.
- Proficiency with Custom Objects, Velocity Scripting, HTML, and Java web development.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues across interconnected campaign components.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with high accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign engagement data to drive improvements.
- Natural curiosity, problem-solving skills, and passion for process optimization.
