Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Marketing Researcher. This is a fully remote role that will align with PST time zones!
This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!
As a Marketing Researcher, you will bring your end-to-end research expertise to deliver insights for a B2B FinTech product, partnering closely with marketing, product and design teams to support successful launch of products and services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Translate business questions into clear research objectives, methodologies, and actionable outputs, designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Conduct in-depth customer sessions to address business objectives and synthesize findings
- Program, test, and launch surveys in Qualtrics, including advanced logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and embedded data
- Analyze quantitative data such as crosstabs, segmentation, and drivers' analysis to synthesize qualitative insights
- Develop compelling executive-ready presentations with clear, actionable recommendations
Required Skill & Qualifications
- 7+ years in Marketing Research, Marketing Research, Product Research or relevant field
- Experience designing studies using Qualtrics, leveraging quantitative & qualitative data to drive marketing strategy
- Experience presenting insights to senior leadership, distilling complex data to a simple storyline
- Prior experience working in a highly matrixed environment, working cross-functionally
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Tech industries highly preferred!
