One of the country’s leading technology companies is seeking an AI Program Manager to join their Growth Marketing team 100% Remotely. This role is dedicated to bringing AI into the heart of how marketing operates by streamlining workflows, removing friction, and scaling campaign execution through intelligent systems. The AI Program Delivery Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of production-ready AI-powered workflows, moving beyond prototypes to transform how campaigns go to market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design, build, and scale of AI-powered automation across marketing workflows.
- Translate marketing pain points into agent logic, prompt workflows, and scalable production systems.
- Build and operationalize AI workflows, from prototyping with LLM APIs and workflow frameworks to launching production-ready agents.
- Automate processes end-to-end, including ticket generation, approval routing, QA checks, asset validation, and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendors to integrate, scale, and maintain solutions as permanent team capabilities.
- Lead testing and UAT processes, manage feedback loops, and ensure seamless team adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align milestones, unblock execution, and embed AI into daily operations.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools within the company’s existing stack to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in technical program management, systems implementation, or product operations (tech/fintech preferred).
- Proven track record applying AI in FinTech or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI prototypes using LLM frameworks, low-code platforms, and agentic tooling.
- Production experience delivering AI-powered automation and workflow systems (LLM APIs, prompt engineering).
- Marketing/GTM collaboration experience with the ability to translate manual processes into scalable systems.
- Technical skills: SQL, YAML/JSON/Python scripting, data validation, and workflow configuration.
- Engineering background strongly preferred (data infrastructure, automation, or software development).
- Availability to begin immediately for a 6-month engagement.
