About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager with 8+ years of experience to drive adoption of our Learning platform—a destination where customers, users, and the public can take active learning courses, earn badges, and receive certifications.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for executing a calendar of pre-planned marketing campaigns that promote courses on the Learning platform. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing and our post-sales organization, Customer First, to ensure timely, accurate delivery of campaigns and support customer engagement and education initiatives.
Current focus on campaign execution rather than new strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a series of scheduled marketing campaigns targeting customer education and adoption of the Learning platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer First, Customer Education, and other Marketing teams to activate campaign deliverables.
Coordinate campaign assets across multiple channels (email, webinars, social, online events, etc.).
Track and report on campaign effectiveness and performance metrics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Asana, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are aligned.
Help bring new or updated Customer Learning offerings to market through effective messaging and tactical execution.
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of webpages and campaign content tied to customer education and certification.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management from education or learning and development or certification marketing programs.
Background in working with learning platforms or LMS tools.
Proven track record in executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns in a B2B environment.
Experience collaborating with post-sales and customer success marketing teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills — Clear tracking and reporting on campaign results to key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of marketing execution and reporting practices.
Proficiency with tools like Asana, Marketo, and campaign analytics/reporting platforms.
Experience optimizing content for campaign landing pages and digital channels.
