Our client, a leader in financial & tax software, is hiring a Content Designer to join their team!
This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays
As the Content Designer, you will drive storytelling and content strategy across marketing channels that inspire confidence and clarity for small business owners, accountants, and enterprise audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Storytelling & Strategy: Develop compelling, benefit-oriented messaging across marketing channels—web, email, ads, and in-product experiences
- Content Crafting: Write and design for various formats—landing pages, microcopy, web experiences, and campaign content
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing stakeholders, visual designers, and product teams to deliver integrated creative. Actively contribute to feedback sessions and cross-functional reviews.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Leverage AI-powered design tools, customer insights, and UX best practices to refine messaging. Continuously test and iterate creative approaches to drive results.
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or marketing content strategy
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused assets (ads, campaigns, landing pages, etc.) and collaboration with designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, HCI Design, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- Proven ability to simplify complex financial/technical topics into conversational, actionable copy.
- Tools: Figma, Google Suite; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
