Motimatic is seeking a freelance B2B Designer with a strong background in creating compelling design assets. In this role, you’ll develop visuals that bring campaigns to life, drive company goals forward, and strengthen brand recognition — spanning B2B ads, organic social, and web graphics. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and has a keen eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Design paid and organic marketing assets (B2B/SaaS ad creatives, social graphics, display ads, email visuals, one-pagers, etc.) that engage and inspire.
Develop graphics and light motion/video for web use — supporting campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all deliverables, from typography and color to layout and imagery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to align on needs, concepts, and outputs.
Contribute to the evolution of our brand with designs that resonate with enterprise and education audiences.

What You Bring

4+ years of professional design experience, ideally with B2B/SaaS or platform-based companies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
A strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual branding.
Experience designing for scalability and modularity (e.g., ad toolkits, campaign templates, or digital content systems).
Excellent attention to detail, including brand alignment and consistency across deliverables.
Bonus: Familiarity with education, digital advertising, or creative tech startups.
