This is a full-time, remote position, but occasional travel for conferences and client meetings may be required within PA, NJ, NY, DE, DC, and MD.

*This is a full-time position for 40-50 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Think creatively and strategically to develop detailed marketing and advertising plans for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies with the marketing team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and superior customer service.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to client goals, including digital, email, SEO, paid media, social media and content marketing.
- Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including programmatic, display, contextual ads, and more.
- Oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
- Guide clients on brand strategy, messaging, and positioning to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling advertising assets, including graphics, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to clients both verbally and through written reports.
- Lead SEO strategy and content marketing initiatives, ensuring best practices for organic growth.
- Execute social media campaigns, collaborating with the creative team to develop assets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, state-specific regulations, and market shifts to keep client strategies competitive.
- Participate in and lead weekly client meetings, reporting on performance and aligning on future initiatives.
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, strategy, and digital advertising.
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Proficiency in media buying and managing paid media campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and other marketing platforms.
- Proficient in WordPress, Shopify, or similar tools.
- Experience with Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, or other SEO tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent client communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solve, and exercise sound judgment.
