Software Engineer - Rapid Prototyping

Responsibilities:

• Support a 3–4 month engineering sprint, starting immediately, focused on rapid software prototyping
• As a Software Engineer, you’ll be a member of a rapid prototype engineering team responsible for a software platform, to monitor and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Lead the rapid development of a software platform for data monitoring and analysis to support timely and informed decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions aligned with program goals
• Apply engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive improvements in software development processes and champion adoption of new technologies

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field
• 5+ years of related experience (Or 3+ years with a Master’s degree)
• Experience with JSON, XML, Data transformation experience
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Proven ability to lead and manage the software development process
• Deep understanding of applying technical standards and methodologies to complex challenges
• Familiarity with data analysis platforms and software architecture design
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and implementation strategies
