Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to bring Mosaic’s brand and products to life visually across digital, print, and packaging. This role will collaborate closely with the Art Director, Marketing Manager, and Operations teams to deliver creative assets that are consistent, elevated, and engaging.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the versatility to create visuals for both marketing campaigns and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design on-brand graphics for newsletters, ads, social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Edit and adapt video content including animations, text overlays, TikTok/Reels, and other short-form formats.
- Design packaging assets across puzzle lines (dielines, labels, inserts) and prepare production-ready files.
- Source, adapt, and format images for new puzzle designs and product launches.
- Maintain and evolve Mosaic’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across templates, catalogs, and creative assets.
- Develop seasonal and launch materials including assets for gift guides, wholesale catalogs, trade shows, and photography needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure visuals align with messaging, campaigns, and brand goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- B1 or B2 level English proficiency.
- 3+ years of design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work (digital, print, packaging).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Passion for puzzles, illustration, or consumer goods is a plus.
