We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Flutter Engineer with a deep understanding of algorithmic problem-solving and Advanced Competitive Programming (ACP). Key Responsibilities:

✅ Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

✅ Optimize applications for efficiency, scalability, and seamless user experience.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions.

✅ Conduct in-depth code reviews, maintain best coding practices, and mentor junior developers.

✅ Work with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and cloud services to enhance application functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎯 Extensive expertise in Flutter development, including Dart and UI/UX best practices.

🎯 Strong background in Advanced Competitive Programming (ACP) with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

🎯 Deep understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and application security.

🎯 Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux).

🎯 Hands-on experience with backend integration, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP).

🎯 Strong problem-solving skills with a mathematical and analytical mindset.

🎯 Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Bonus Expertise:

➕ Proficiency in C#.Net or Java is an advantage.

➕ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation tools.

➕ Prior experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Blockchain technologies.
