Role Summary
Morph Collective is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital campaign performance while owning our CRM, automation, and internal workflow systems. This role blends strategic execution with operational intelligence, helping both our team and our clients grow efficiently through streamlined, data-driven marketing.
You’ll be the architect behind smart campaign rollouts, lifecycle emails, scalable SOPs, and automated internal workflows. Working closely with Ads, SEO, Web Dev, and Client Servicing, you’ll enhance performance, cut manual work, and improve marketing outcomes across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute performance-focused campaigns across email, content, and social
- Align campaign goals with business and client objectives
- Lead segmentation, targeting, and offer alignment
Automation & SOP Systems
- Build and optimize internal and client-facing SOPs to reduce manual processes
- Design automations using Zapier, Make, or custom logic for workflows (Zoho One, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite)
- Streamline handovers, notifications, client onboarding, and task flows
CRM & Lifecycle Management
- Own CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign) across lead pipelines
- Maintain data hygiene, tagging, lead scoring, and pipeline tracking
- Build nurture flows and client engagement journeys
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Report monthly on email, campaign, and automation performance
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and performance data
- Translate campaign metrics into actionable improvements
AI-Driven Enablement
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO for automation, copy, and insight
- Support team adoption of martech tools and create internal training guides
- Continuously experiment with tools that save time and improve delivery quality
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Digital, CS, Creative, and Dev teams for holistic project execution
- Contribute to proposals with performance logic and automation ideas
- Support sales funnels with backend structure and retention strategy
Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Campaign Open Rate: 30%+, CTR: 10%+, Conversion Rate: 5%+
- CRM Usage & Hygiene: 100% pipeline accuracy and visibility
- Internal Task Automation Rate: 30%+ reduction in manual steps
- SOP Completion & Adoption: 100% for core workflows across departments
- Contribution to Lead Conversion/Upsells: 25% growth month-on-month
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in marketing agencies with proven delivery of campaigns and automation
- 1–2 years of hands-on SOP design and automation implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of CRMs, marketing tools, and funnel architecture
- Skilled in Zoho One, Zapier, Make.com, Google Suite, ClickUp, Klaviyo, etc.
- Analytical, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning systems
- Bonus if you’ve trained or guided others in adopting new tools and workflows
- English fluency, writing strength, and cross-functional confidence required
