Job Summary
Moris Media is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer outreach initiatives across various digital platforms. This role demands a professional with deep industry understanding, an extensive influencer network, and a data-led mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns that align with brand goals and deliver measurable impact. With a strong sense of storytelling and trend-spotting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, cost-effective, and brand-aligned.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Design and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across niches and platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agents.
• Plan and manage influencer marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI).
• Monitor trends in influencer marketing and incorporate learnings into campaigns.
• Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently reflected across influencer content.
• Collaborate with social media, PR, and content teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Handle crisis communication if influencer collaborations receive negative traction.
• Scale campaigns efficiently through micro-influencers and niche communities.
Primary Skills:
• Strong influencer outreach and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in influencer discovery and campaign platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, Tagger).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
• Creative thinking and storytelling abilities for campaign ideation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Certifications in Digital or Influencer Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Brand Communication (added advantage).
Experience Required:
• 2 to 7 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment is a plus.
Job Location:
Moris Media offers a flexible, hybrid work model. While the position is currently remote, employees have the autonomy to structure their work hours based on their location.
