Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our global brand presence, drives demand generation, and positions us as thought leaders in cybersecurity. This role will lead the company brand refresh, enhance brand recognition and identity, oversee content creation and SEO strategy, liaise and support service delivery teams from a marketing perspective, and manage the marketing budget. You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity experts to translate technical excellence into compelling narratives and evolve our service offerings in alignment with market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership

• Lead a global brand refresh initiative, including visual identity, messaging, and positioning.
• Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
• Increase brand recognition and awareness in key markets.

Content & Digital Strategy

• Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our expertise and thought leadership.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
• Drive SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead generation.

Strategic Marketing & Growth

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support business development and sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform service evolution and positioning.
• Partner with cyber experts to translate technical capabilities into marketable solutions.
• Support strategic partnerships and co-marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support the sector teams, service delivery teams, and executive leadership for marketing support.
• Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.

Marketing Technology & Tools

• Pilot new marketing platforms and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Identify and implement tools such as automation, analytics, and content creation platforms that can improve efficiency and impact.
• Evaluation of current marketing technology stack and recommended enhancements with the incorporation of AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, including budget management
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or consulting.
• Demonstrated success in brand development, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
