Primary Responsibilities:
This is a highly commercial role, focused on driving lead generation and increasing revenue through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of a lead generation strategy across traditional and digital channels, using webinars, white papers, and targeted campaigns to attract prospects and track cost per lead.
- Elevate the function of marketing within the business by aligning closely with commercial goals and focusing on measurable outcomes.
- Manage a broad spectrum of marketing activities, including events and exhibitions that support business development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across different hubs and functions to align messaging and support business priorities.
- Evaluate the existing marketing team structure and make recommendations for future resourcing and skill development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B marketing within an international environment.
- Experience in lead generation with a focus on driving measurable ROI in mid-sized organizations.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools and tactics.
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, comfortable working independently, and capable of influencing at a senior level.
- Background in service-oriented industries is advantageous but not essential.
- Exposure to continuous improvement cultures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
