Job Summary:

We’re looking for someone who knows how to run social like a pro. Someone who lives on the internet, understands gaming culture, and knows how to turn a good idea into high-performing content. If you’ve ever seen a post go viral and thought “I could’ve done that better” — we want you.

You’ll own our social presence across all major platforms. Strategy, content, voice, and engagement - it’s all in your hands

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our day-to-day presence on Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, and more
• Create original, on-brand content that engages and grows our audience
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and internet culture — and jump on them fast
• Interact with the community and help build a strong social identity
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to align messaging
• Track performance and use data to improve what we post
• Help shape the tone and voice of Empire across the internet

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• 2+ years of social media marketing experience (or just really good work to show us)
• Strong understanding of what makes content work on each platform
• Solid writing skills and a sharp sense of timing and tone
• Deep understanding of internet/gaming culture — you're not guessing, you're part of it
• Ability to move fast and take initiative — no micromanaging here

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience editing short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, etc.)
• Paid social experience (Meta, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Past work with igaming brands or creator-led communities
• A strong portfolio of past posts, campaigns, or accounts you've managed
