Senior User Interface Designer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer with strong visual taste, bold creative energy, and the skills to back it up. If you’re someone who can turn abstract ideas into pixel-perfect screens and do it without ego

Key Responsibilities

• Create polished, high-impact UI with strong visual storytelling
• Use layout, rhythm, and motion to add personality and depth
• Work across Figma, Photoshop, and other tools as needed
• Own the full UI pipeline — from concept to polish to dev handoff
• Collaborate across teams (devs, PMs, creatives) with clarity and no ego
• Lead and give constructive feedback in design reviews
• Push new creative ideas and proactively integrate AI into your workflow

Knowledge & Experience

• Strong visual taste and the skills to back it up
• Great at turning ideas into visuals that hit hard
• Deep understanding of design systems (and when to break them)
• Solid GFX skills; bonus if you’ve got an art background too
• Organized, adaptable, and confident in remote workflows
• Humble with feedback, confident in your direction
• Natural leadership through example and quality output
