You'll own the entire performance funnel:

  • Architect and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, programmatic display, and emerging platforms before they become mainstream
  • Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with $100K+ monthly budgets, hitting aggressive targets for CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Conduct surgical audience segmentation — from lookalike audiences to custom segments based on behavioral data and predictive modeling
  • Build an experimentation culture: A/B and multivariate testing should be your second language
  • Master the art of budget allocation: scale winning campaigns while feeding the innovation pipeline
  • Pioneer a data-driven creative framework with the design team — where every creative is born from performance insights, not gut feelings

  • Demonstrated hypergrowth experience — you've been part of a team that scaled aggressively and you know what it takes
  • Success stories achieving aggressive growth targets and ROI goals that made stakeholders smile
  • Deep experience across multiple paid channels — you're platform-agnostic and results-obsessed
  • Bonus points for: experience in subscription/SaaS businesses, mobile app growth, or international expansion

Technical Skills — Your Arsenal

  • Expert-level mastery of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.) — you know these platforms better than their own documentation
  • Strong LLM proficiency — you leverage AI tools for analysis, creative ideation, and workflow optimization
