Senior Product Designer – Digital Banking Start Up

One of my clients, an early-stage fintech startup, is building a next-generation platform that makes financial services more accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about designing world-class fintech experiences and eager to make a real impact in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
• Create and refine user interfaces and experiences that simplify complex financial workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure data-driven design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital banking products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on fintech trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio in fintech or digital products.
• 5+ years of experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) and regulatory considerations in digital banking (KYC, PSD2, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience working with data-driven insights to improve user experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in designing for mobile banking or financial applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in digital banking (e.g., KYC, PSD2).
