Monolith is a Full Stack Crypto Fund, with departments that operate effectively in all market conditions.

Monolith is expanding our venture activity across early-stage crypto and fintech.

We’re looking for a Venture Partner who can source high-quality deals, build founder relationships, and help us deploy capital with strong conviction.

What you’ll do

- Source and evaluate early-stage opportunities (Seed–Series A).

- Build and maintain relationships with founders, angels, and other funds.

- Lead initial diligence: market, product, traction, token/equity structure, risks.

- Own investment memos and internal decision processes.

- Support portfolio companies with introductions, positioning, go-to-market, and fundraising.

- Represent Monolith across conferences, private networks, and partner ecosystems.

What we’re looking for

- Strong network in crypto / fintech and a proven ability to source deals.

- Track record in venture, investing, BD, or founder/operator roles.

- Clear thinking: you can explain why something wins in simple words.

- Good judgment around risk (product, tokenomics, regulation, execution).

- Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

- Experience with token design, market structure, or onchain analytics.

- Prior investment committee exposure or a history of angel investing.

- Deep understanding of DeFi, infra, prediction markets, and consumer crypto.
