MongoDB is rapidly expanding its Strategic Account Marketing efforts to drive significant business growth with our highest-value Global accounts. We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Sr Marketing Manager to execute key programs in India for select strategic accounts, coordinating across Global account plans with peers in EMEA and AMER
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing 1:1 and 1:few Strategic Account Marketing plans to accelerate growth in our most important accounts that have a large presence in India. You will be a highly strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and a direct impact on our developer mindshare, upmarket initiatives, and revenue goals.
This position reports to the APAC Regional Marketing Director, although will work very closely with with EMEA and AMER Strategic Account Marketing leaders.
This role can be based remotely in the India region.
Primary Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with
Educational and Professional Background:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing or sales experience in the Tech area
Experience working with large and complex Global enterprise accounts across multiple verticals including: FSI, Manufacturing, Automotive Retail, and others, with a proven success record in planning and executing effective marketing programs
Skills and Expertise:
Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing, leveraging multi-channel tactics across digital and F2F
Experience working with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), ISV, AI, and other tech partners
Incredible written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to sales and marketing leadership, as well as customers
Impeccable event and project management skills, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives with an ability to problem-solve quickly
Results-oriented and analytically skilled, capable of interpreting data, making informed data-driven decisions, and reporting insights to the business
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Experience working cross-functionally with enterprise or corporate sales, customer success teams, and account development teams, obsessing over addressable market and specific account goals
Capable of establishing credibility with sales partners to effectively convey marketing value propositions and key messages
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce, and marketing technology tools like 6sense, Eloqua, Pathfactory, Sigma, Tableau
Attributes and Work Style:
Must be a highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional who can excel in an autonomous work environment and proactively drive initiatives
Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategic plans
Bring a strategic and creative mindset to the team, collaborating effectively to generate new ideas

Team ethos is made up of good humor, a positive can-do attitude, yet high standards and focused on impact
Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are key
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience working with Global teams and key APAC markets, including India, Vietnam, Thailand, and China
Travel as required
