This role sits at the intersection of outreach, relationships and growth strategy.
It’s about knowing how to reach people who are difficult to reach - senior executives who receive hundreds of messages every week - and finding ways to engage them that feel genuine, relevant and worth responding to.

What You’ll Do
Build relationships with senior executives across banking, fintech and technology.
Grow the quality and size of the audiences attending our events.
Help secure strong speakers by engaging influential industry leaders.
Spot partnership and sponsorship opportunities as conversations develop.
Design and test outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn and digital channels.
Build systems and playbooks that make this process repeatable and scalable.
Work with the wider team across marketing, sales and conference production to bring the right people into the room.

Who You Are

You know how to speak to senior leaders without sounding like everyone else in their inbox.
You’re commercially aware, curious and self-directed.
You’re comfortable experimenting - trying new messaging, analysing results, and improving what works.
You don’t wait to be told what to try next.
You probably come from a background in B2B marketing, growth, partnerships, sales development or audience acquisition.
And you’ve likely looked at outreach systems before and thought:
