About the Team: Our goal is to transform how MoneyGram customers can send and receive money across the globe and to launch new financial products and services that empower our customers' financial lives. We’re looking for a world-class Product Marketing leader who can help us turn this vision into reality.
About the Role: We are hiring a seasoned product marketer who will own acquisition of new consumer products in Colombia. You have had experience growing a product from “0 to 1”. You will define the strategy for how to communicate MoneyGram’s value to consumers in Colombia. You will also be responsible for executing against that strategy. Success looks like unlocking rapid growth in new customer acquisition and overall active users.
What You Will Do:
• Define and own the go-to-market strategy Lead the strategy for how MoneyGram’s newest consumer products in Latin America are positioned, packaged, and launched. Own the GTM plan end-to-end — from market sizing and segmentation to pricing, channel strategy, and launch readiness.
• Act as the voice of the customer Drive deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Use your in-market knowledge to lead user research and communicate back into the organization the needs of the local consumer.
• Translate product capabilities into market impact Work with product and design teams to shape positioning, messaging, and user education that clearly communicate value. Define how we differentiate and what it takes to win in-market.
• Plan and execute launches Own the launch process from pre-launch readiness to post-launch performance. Develop scalable launch playbooks and partner closely with regional, marketing, and operations teams to localize and execute effectively.
• Define success and measure it Establish key metrics for launch performance, product adoption, and engagement. Drive the reporting and feedback loops needed to iterate quickly and improve outcomes.
• Build alignment and lead cross-functional collaboration Be the connective tissue across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and customer support. Ensure all teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns across multiple channels that you define that are best aligned to deliver on the strategy and goals you develop
What You Bring:
• 5-8+ years driving growth for consumer products in LATAM. Demonstrated experience scaling consumer products to millions of users preferred.
• Experience growing consumer financial products and services.
• High agency ownership mindset, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment. Startup experience preferred.
• Experience scaling campaigns in offline channels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in recruiting, building, and mentoring high-performing growth teams.
• Strong user’s first mentality and has a high-level of taste and judgement in marketing campaigns. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English –C3 Level.
