Role Overview:
Client is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Technology Specialist who blends marketing acumen with technical expertise to drive adoption and optimization of the MarTech stack. This 100% remote role is ideal for a strategic, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for marketing platforms and service tickets.
- Optimize data setup and campaign performance for tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and On24.
- Manage integrations, migrations, and documentation of marketing systems.
- Support chatbot platform updates in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Conduct tech training, health checks, and governance audits.
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding new MarTech solutions.
- Ensure full usage and adoption of marketing technologies.
Must-Haves:
- Experience:
- 4+ years in marketing tech and process management roles
- Background as a marketing tech admin (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRMs (Salesforce), Pardot, and On24
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work across global teams
Nice-to-Haves:
- Education: BA/BS in marketing, business administration, or similar
- Certifications: SCRUM/Agile preferred
- Technical: HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
- Experience: Familiarity with DAM tools, content platforms, and chatbots like Qualified
- Industry Background: Media or large-scale marketing teams
