Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Brand Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for clean, bold design to lead and refine the internal branding efforts. This role is central to shaping our visual identity across social media, web, and internal marketing assets, and will collaborate closely with creative and business development leadership. You’ll work on everything from case studies to capability decks, with opportunities to shape the user journey across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the internal brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Design and refine assets for social media, websites, case studies, RFP decks, and capability presentations.
- Lead the website redesign, ensuring brand consistency and a strong user experience.
- Participate in weekly branding meetings to align on creative priorities and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Creative Director to create compelling presentation materials.
- Translate brand vision into cohesive design systems that work across digital and print assets.
- Maintain a keen understanding of digital UX/UI, creating intuitive and engaging experiences from social posts through to site navigation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing bold, clean, and well-composed design across multiple mediums.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience developing and executing branding systems, especially for social media and websites.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles—able to design with the user's journey in mind.
- Ability to refine and elevate existing brands, not just create from scratch.
- Excellent conceptual thinking, with the ability to clearly explain the thought process behind each design decision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on internal or agency branding initiatives.
- Previous experience collaborating with business development or marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative priorities simultaneously.
