Principal Full Stack Developer - Technical Services

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer to join our team in Germany. In this senior role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design, build, and deliver custom development solutions with a strong focus on C#, .NET, and modern web technologies. Your leadership and technical expertise will shape critical projects and mentor others on best practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Custom Development Projects: Drive the architecture and development of customer-specific solutions, integrations, and reports.
• Act as a Technical Expert: Guide and support developers across the SDLC, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Customers: Engage directly with German and international customers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Deliver & Maintain Solutions: Ensure all deliverables are scalable, well-tested, and meet Momentus’ quality standards.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Champion Agile Development: Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously improve team performance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET
• Strong experience with Angular, SQL, Git, Visual Studio, and SQL Management Studio
• Proficient in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and dependency injection
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a bonus
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and as a mentor to junior developers
