As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and manage the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that powers our entire marketing engine. This includes managing marketing automation platform workflows, CRM campaigns, data enrichment workflows, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards, and cross-platform integrations.
This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and works closely with Marketing. You will own all operational elements of Marketing while supporting data and workflow needs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You'll be responsible for protecting the integrity of our data and campaign structure while enabling our global marketers to execute at the highest level.

You're perfect for this role if you...
Have 3+ years managing marketing operations and have demonstrable results in data quality improvements and process optimization to show for it
Eat, breathe and live clean data and can be an advocate for operational excellence across functions
Can internalize business goals and take ownership of building scalable systems to achieve them
Have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Ortto
Are proficient in Clay and lead enrichment tools
Knowledge of Salesforce campaign management, lead routing, and attribution reporting
Have experience with deduplication and routing tools (RingLead or similar) and can implement data hygiene best practices
Enjoy leveraging AI tools for lead scoring, buying signals, and workflow automation, and you can balance innovation with reliability
Bonus points for experience with ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, Webflow, paid campaign tracking, Outreach or Gong, and ABM platforms
