The Opportunity
Momentum Hires has partnered with our client to identify an accomplished Senior Revit Designer to join their growing design and engineering team. This is a remote US based role that will lead the modeling and documentation efforts for major water infrastructure projects—bridging the gap between design intent and construction execution.
The successful candidate will bring deep Revit expertise, a passion for technical excellence, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. This role requires an experienced Revit Designer that can collaborate to incorporate the Revit tool into workflows and processes while designing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Revit models and construction documentation for reinforced concrete and structural systems.
 
- Standardize and refine Revit templates, families, and workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
 
- Integrate as-built data, markups, and site feedback into evolving design models.
 
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure constructability and design accuracy.
 
- Mentor junior designers and drafters, providing leadership and hands-on training in Revit best practices.
 
- Conduct internal model and design reviews to improve quality, efficiency, and coordination.
 
- Contribute to process and tool improvements to advance digital design delivery.
 
- Act as a technical authority for Revit use, troubleshooting, and standards across project teams.
 
- Support a culture of continuous learning through process documentation and internal training initiatives.
 
- Collaborate closely with construction and engineering leadership to align deliverables with real-world execution needs.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of advanced Autodesk Revit experience, with a focus on reinforced concrete design and modeling automation.
 
- Proven proficiency in Revit family creation, worksharing, and template management.
 
- Experience with Inventor, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360, Construction Cloud, or Vault considered a strong asset.
 
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and construction documentation.
 
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
 
- Clear, professional communication skills, comfortable collaborating across departments and disciplines.
 
Education
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
