Lead Software Engineer - Media Rights Management & Royalties

As a Lead Software Engineer at MOLTEN, you will join our product team in the following areas:

• Lead the development of select modules - meet users, define requirements, improve and optimize the user experience, build, deploy and iterate in Agile sprints
• Contribute to the design, architecture, research of MOLTEN’s core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back-end and front-end development)
• Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate the value proposition of product features to MOLTEN’s users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions
• Work directly with the Chief Product Owner to align engineering objectives with the product vision and roadmap
• Build project teams with other engineers, plan and lead sprints
• Train, coach and mentor engineers on the team

Technical skill set: you are expected to have 5 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, developing web-based products, with expertise in Python and Javascript. You should be comfortable with Agile development and continuous delivery. Experience with MongoDB, Vue.js, Pinia, Typescript, AI/LLMs and devops tools is a strength.
