Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients—including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.
Role Overview
You will plan, design, and execute growth campaigns for ABFinance in the US market, with a strong focus on driving in-platform actions (e.g., deposit, trade, staking, KYC completion, missions) rather than only upper-funnel awareness.
This is a hands-on campaign operations role. You will own campaign mechanics end-to-end (design → setup → launch → monitoring → optimization), working directly inside tools and platforms to ship programs that move key product metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution (Core)
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns that drive concrete, measurable product actions such as deposits, trades, staking, referrals, KYC completion, and mission/task completion.
- Own the full workflow from ideation → mechanic design → ops setup (tracking, tooling, QA) → launch → monitoring → post-mortem and iteration.
Campaign Mechanics & Growth Design (Core)
- Design campaign rules and mechanics including eligibility criteria, reward structures, volume/threshold logic, ladders/tiers, and anti-abuse controls.
- Work closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance to ensure mechanics are regulatorily safe for the US and aligned with ABFinance’s product roadmap.
Campaign Operations & Tooling
- Execute campaigns across relevant channels and systems, including in-app/on-platform surfaces, CRM/email, push/notifications, web, referral modules, and mission systems, in addition to public channels.
- Configure tracking (UTMs, pixels, events), build and QA user journeys, and ensure smooth execution across marketing tools, analytics platforms, and internal dashboards.
Channel & Partner Activation
- Run integrated campaigns across Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, affiliates, CRM/email, and KOL/media, as well as offline/community and conference activations.
- Coordinate with a broader marketing team (e.g., brand, content, social) to ensure consistency, but maintain direct responsibility for performance and operations.
US Market & Product Localization
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Community, and Compliance teams to localize marketing initiatives to US user behavior, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Develop a clear understanding of ABFinance’s product (spot trading, RFQ, staking/yield, fiat on/off-ramps) and build campaigns that map directly to these product surfaces and user flows.
Partners & Community
- Manage partnerships with US media outlets, KOLs, affiliates, and community groups to drive adoption and in-product actions, not just impressions.
- Plan and execute referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, and trading competitions, including support for offline events and conference programming, with a focus on conversion and volume.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and user acquisition metrics (e.g., sign-ups, KYC completion, deposit rate, first trade, trading volume, retention).
- Run experiments, A/B tests, and iterative optimizations to improve ROI, CAC/LTV, activation, and retention.
- Produce clear, actionable insights and post-mortems to inform future campaigns and product decisions.
Market & Regulatory Awareness
- Keep up with US crypto market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting marketing mechanics and incentives for a regulated exchange environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing / campaign operations / lifecycle marketing, ideally within Web3, fintech, or consumer trading/finance apps.
- Proven experience designing AND executing campaign mechanics that drive in-product actions, such as deposits, trades, staking, missions, and task-based rewards (not only awareness/social campaigns).
- Hands-on ability to set up, operate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including tracking, targeting, QA, and ongoing adjustments—you are the operator, not just the planner.
- Strong understanding of the US crypto user base, content platforms, and cultural behavior, with experience designing campaigns or GTM activities specifically for US audiences preferred.
- Experience with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, wallets, or financial apps is a strong plus, especially where you have run task-based or mission-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and event/community tools, plus social platforms (Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- Experience working with English-speaking KOLs, affiliates, or community partners, ideally including US-based stakeholders.
- Ability to translate product understanding into concrete campaign plans: you can explain what ABFinance does and how your campaigns would support its products (spot trading, RFQ, staking/yield, fiat on/off).
- Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple workstreams with independence, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with strong performance tracking and reporting skills, including experience with conversion metrics (sign-up → KYC → deposit → first trade → repeat usage).
- Stable track record of owning and seeing campaigns through over meaningful periods, rather than only short-term or one-off freelance/agency engagements.
