π Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics and product team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and help solve complex business challenges using machine learning and statistical techniques.
π― Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build and validate statistical and machine learning models to support business decisions.
- Design experiments (A/B testing), interpret results, and provide recommendations.
- Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to deploy models into production.
- Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly way.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2β5 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
