Android Developer

MokshaaLLC is looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer, with at least 2+ years of experience in Android Jetpack for a leading FAANG client.

Role: Android Software Engineer

Location: Remote, USA (Must reside in and have valid work auth for USA)

Experience: 5+ Years, 2+ years in Android Jetpack

Contract only

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• 5+ years of non-internship software engineering experience in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Android Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager, etc.).
• Expertise in MVVM architecture, dependency injection using Dagger/Hilt, and Coroutines for async operations.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development and UI/UX best practices.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party SDKs integration.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing, UI Testing (Espresso), and CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.

Additional Experience:

• Experience in mobile security best practices and performance optimization.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Firebase, or Azure for backend services.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Flutter for cross-platform development.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and strong problem-solving skills.
