Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager role is ideal for a data-driven strategist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients — from SEO and content creation to reporting and optimization.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make plans — but delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Support
- Write and edit short-form content for blogs, websites, and social media.
- Optimize content for SEO/GEO using target keywords and best practices.
- Refresh and improve existing web pages to enhance performance and engagement.
Client Onboarding & Dashboard Setup
- Onboard new clients into Agency Analytics.
- Set up dashboards, connect integrations, and ensure accurate data display.
Keyword Research
- Conduct keyword research using Agency Analytics and SEO/GEO tools.
- Identify keyword opportunities and provide lists for content planning.
Content Implementation
- Post or schedule approved content on websites and social platforms.
- Ensure formatting, links, and SEO/GEO best practices are correctly implemented.
Reporting & Analytics
- Review and customize automated client reports.
- Track performance metrics and identify trends for strategic improvement.
Technical SEO Assistance
- Run basic site audits using SEO/GEO tools.
- Identify and document issues such as broken links or missing metadata.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the liaison for SEO/GEO clients, ensuring communication, satisfaction, and results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to act on performance insights.
- Support business growth within existing SEO/GEO accounts.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful marketing plan implementation.
- Be ready to share real examples of campaigns you’ve managed and the measurable results achieved (e.g., traffic growth, lead generation, conversion improvements).
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/GEO, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, and other SEO/marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Passionate about continuous learning, testing, and optimization.
