We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and experienced freelance/contract Social Media Graphic Designer / Marketer to help us elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Who You Are:

You’re a visual storyteller with a passion for creating content that not only looks great but also drives engagement. With 6–8 years of experience in design and digital marketing, you understand how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping social content that aligns with brand goals. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute compelling visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all social platforms
• Collaborate on content strategy, campaign planning, and digital storytelling
• Optimize designs for performance (engagement, reach, and conversions)
• Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing
• BS or BFA in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, campaign work, and brand development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other social schedulers
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to take and apply direction quickly and effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid social advertising creatives
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience working with B2B/C product, hospitality, or commercial brands preferred
