Senior Software Developer – Core Java (Contract- 6 Months)

Contract Details

• Contract Duration: 6 Months
• Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Armenia, North Macedonia, Serbia, or Turkey)
• Work Hours: Full-time (8 hrs/day), with mandatory 4-hour overlap with UTC+4:00 (Gulf Standard Time)
• Compensation: Based on experience (internal range: $20–34/hr USD)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks

Note: This is a contract position with no additional benefits such as medical or paid leave. Candidates must handle their own tax and statutory obligations. Dual employment is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems using Core Java.
• Build and modernize RESTful APIs and legacy applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of systems.
• Collaborate on architecture and system design discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Core Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework 4, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficient in working with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Solid understanding of web infrastructure and networking protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
