Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Web React Engineer to develop and optimize high-performance frontend applications. This role involves working on React-based web architectures, ensuring SEO-friendly implementations, and integrating with backend services via Apollo GraphQL. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scalable, high-traffic applications and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable React applications that interact with Node.js APIs, Lambda functions, and GraphQL gateways.
• Ensure optimal page load performance, SEO best practices, and testing strategies.
• Lead the development of server-side rendered single-page applications (SSRs/SPAs).
• Work with Apollo GraphQL for efficient backend integration.
• Define best practices for React, REST, and GraphQL service consumption.
• Optimize developer workflows, including automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in an Agile/Kanban development process to drive iterative improvements.
• Guide and mentor team members in adopting modern frontend technologies and architectures.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in React frontend development.
• 5+ years working with GraphQL (Apollo Client).
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in isomorphic JavaScript, CSS/SASS, and HTML.
• Proven ability to develop high-traffic, high-performance web applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
