Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack

Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Expert / Technical Lead with strong technical expertise across multiple technologies and environments. This role is ideal for a tech enthusiast who loves learning and thrives on building projects from scratch in diverse industries such as banking, insurance, and more.
• The selected candidate will not manage projects end-to-end but will take charge of kickstarting new projects, guiding the initial development team, and ensuring a strong technical foundation. Proactivity, adaptability, and determination are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch projects from the ground up.
• Provide technical leadership during project initiation.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
• Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React, REST APIs, and Cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of databases, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito.
• Familiarity with tools like Maven, Git, SonarQube, Bitbucket.
• Experience in architecture design and initial team leadership.
• Proactive learner, eager to explore and master new technologies.
